Spent a couple of days working with a Customer Service Team in Hartlepool this week. We were working on communication skills.
What a lovely group of people they were, a truly delightful bunch that made my job thorougly enoyable. What made it even better was to receive some written feedback from them when I had finished yesterday. Here is what they said:
One of the topics I get asked to cover in training is the subject of Feedback. When we discuss it, people's experiences rarely vary and is pretty much, "We get told when we have done something wrong, but not when we have done something good." Such a shame as most of us do lots of good things during our working (and personal lives). That moment when someone says thanks, and how much they enjoyed something means so much.
Thank you to the Saica Pack Uk, Customer Service Team in Hartlepool for taking the time to give me some feedback. It is very, very much appreciated!
Here's a question for my readers: When did you last give or receive some positive feedback?
Have a wonderful weekend.
